A good stand mixer is one of the most coveted pieces of equipment for novice, amateur and expert bakers. Although the Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 does a great job on many fronts, it turns hot outside during cooking. Similarly, if you eat lots of beans and pulses and like to cook them from dried, or steam your fish and veg, or eat lots of rice.
The stainless-steel cooking pot doesn’t have handles for easy lifting, if you’d prefer handles consider another model such as the Instant Pot Pro or the Instant Pot Evo Plus.
