Treatment of a 45-year-old man with a hypopigmented, atrophic and hypertrophic nasal scar (case 8) using four rounds of fractional ablative CO 2 laser surgery plus topical Dermatix Ultra silicone gel led to improvement in scarring ( Figure 8).
